Course Information: This is a 4-day course on industrial pneumatics. The course will help one to understand pneumatics and the dangers of compressed gas and its power. Improve troubleshooting and give hands-on experience for a working knowledge of this science.
Class Prerequisites: Participants should have a basic working knowledge of pneumatics.

Class Subjects

Day One – 8 Hours Day Two – 8 Hours
  • History and laws of pneumatic.

  • Power of compressed air and safety rules.

  • Lab work (2 – 3 hours).

  • Pneumatic circuits, using schematic symbols.

  • Processing and using compressed air.

  • Pneumatic systems maintenance.

  • Lab work (3 – 4 hours).

Day Three – 8 Hours Day Four- 4 Hours
  • Types of compressors and their operation.

  • Pneumatic control valves and accessories.

  • Troubleshooting pneumatic systems.

  • Lab work (2 – 4 hours).
